the voting dateline for the Archifest Photography competition as stated in the last post is by 31 Oct 2009, so there's 3 more days to vote! hehe...

Alright. been lazy to update blog.
It's the 2nd week of school. The 1st week was as usual except that the timetable this sem is well-scheduled, i assumed. Among the weekdays, Wednesday will be my favourite during this whole sem i supposed, as there's no lessons at all! Woots!

As i said, first week was alright, except for Friday. Yea. We had lessons at 8am. So there's lecture about packaging design going on, and then, the lecture ended and without any preparation, the lecturer suddenly announced that we were supposed to go to Vivo City to check out the market to choose our product to redesign! Yup. You may think it sounded cool to have this kind of field trip during lessons, but this was not the first time, i swear. What i want to say is, they can always inform us a day before or inform us earlier, so that we can prepare to go there right? So that we no need to bring our bulky laptop to school right? And also, announcing this trip made me felt that they did not plan their lessons properly, they have nothing else to teach us, that's why ask us to spend money and travel all the way to Vivo! So no choice, we left our laptop at Ligeng's SPSU club and headed to the MRT station. Then, all of us boarded the train in different cabins. We went in the cabins as a clique, there's 6 of us: Rachel, Sher Ying, Ligeng, Kamelia, Fion and me. We alighted at Outrum park and realized that the rest of the coursemates was not there. So we thought they had gone earlier or waited at some other places. Thus, we continued our journey and we reached Harbourfront. Waited quite a while but there's still nobody arrived, so we called up. Then only we realized the venue had been changed to Orchard!!! Kns! 6 of us were not inform of the changing of location at all! They actually decided to change the location while they were in the train. And nobody inform us about that. Yea. PISSED OFF. All the 6 of us were scolding like hell yea know.

What kind of management is this la? First, ask us to leave school without informing us earlier. Secondly, they did not make a clear annotation on the venue. And we called the teachers and they actually assumed that we don't want to join the rest of the groups. And ridiculously, they wanted to make us come down to Orchard! eh, excuse me la...We travelled all the way to Vivo City, then now you want us to travel again to Orchard la? U think money easy to earn izit? U pay for our transport la, or called taxi for us? Furthermore, why in the right mind that u want us to travel so far just to check out a market? Why cant we just drop by the NTUC at Clementi?

Ok. I should stop here. The rest of the thing i better not say. I am just disappointed with the education management.

So, at last. Of course we did not get down to Orchard. So we did our market exploring in Vivo City. Some of them had bought and decided on their product for packaging, but some not yet, like me. =( I actually thinking of redesigning a Lasagna but it's frozen, so did not buy it.

After that, we had our own HAPPY TIME. Shopping!!! There's lots of clothing shops! We went in Forever 21 and tried out lots of clothes, just for FUN! haha... In the end, Ligeng and Rachel bought some clothes! After all the shoppings, we went back to school, for MAYA assignment. sien. After that, i went back to JB! =)

By the way, i am currently in JB right now! was missing home so much that i don't mind traveling at all. Since this weekends i am not coming back to JB, so i decided to come back yesterday night. And today is Jusco Member's day! hehe...let's go shopping again!
